Most business coaching fails because it treats symptoms. A revenue problem might actually be a pricing problem. A hiring problem might actually be a delegation problem. Our methodology begins with a diagnostic phase that maps the real constraints in your business — not the ones you think you have.
We use a structured framework we call the Constraint-First Model. Rather than layering on more goals and more tasks, we identify the single biggest bottleneck holding your business back, then design a focused intervention around removing it. Once that constraint shifts, the next one becomes visible, and we repeat.
This is not motivational coaching. There are no vision boards. Every session produces a concrete deliverable: a revised pricing table, a delegation map, a hiring brief, a cash flow projection, or a decision framework you can use that week. If a session doesn't produce something usable, it wasn't a good session.
"The constraint-first approach changed how I think about my business entirely. I was chasing ten things. Now I chase one — and it moves everything else." — M. Pryce, SaaS Founder, Bridgend
